Companies are always looking into new ways to learn more about their customers so that they can in turn increase their sales. The research team at Qualtrics has released a new infographic that looks at which brands have the most loyal customers out there, basing it on the top 25 brand keys loyalty leaders from 2019 to 2023. According to their research and data, it was found that Apple has the most loyal customers worldwide of any brand, followed by brands like Amazon, Domino's, Netflix, TikTok, Nike, WhatsApp, Samsung, Amazon Prime Video, and Apple TV. In 2023, streaming services dominate this list of brands with the most loyal customers, with other streaming apps on this ranking including brands like Netflix, Amazon Prime Video, Apple TV, YouTube, Disney+, and Hulu.
