Were you aware that a staggering 76% of adults residing in the United States have reported facing health issues due to stress in the preceding month? This information, provided by the American Psychological Association, is hardly surprising when one considers various stress-inducing factors, such as exorbitant rent prices, unemployment, inflation, and the persistent presence of poverty across the nation. Consequently, the team at Charlotte's Web decided to investigate whether specific cities in the United States were experiencing higher stress levels compared to others. They have now compiled an informative infographic highlighting the most and least stressed cities in America. In this study, the team assessed the 100 most populous cities in the United States based on eight different factors known to induce stress in individuals. These factors encompassed elements like living in high-crime areas, health-related stress, work-related stress, and financial stress, among others. Did your home city make either list?
