Through the app, Apple promises to provide users with all
sorts of classical music tracks around the world that can be easily searched via
the app’s optimized search. What’s more is that the app also offers an immersive
spatial audio experience, so users can fully delve into the recordings of their
choice. Integrating spatial audio into classical music is a smart move, as classical
music has been known to have an enhanced effect with spatial audio.
Using the browsing tools, listeners will be able to filter
their searches by composer, work, conductor, or even catalogue number, hence
making the process of finding their favourite classical tracks easier.
The Apple Music Classical app is expected to be available on the App Store as soon as March 28 and is already available for pre-order. Apple also plans to release the Android version of the app in the near future.
