Twitter announced in the beginning of December that a new
navigation display will be added to the app, which will enable users to switch from
one view to another, such as tweets, trends, topics, etc. The functionality is
expected to roll out as soon as this month.

Until then, tap stars icon on upper right of home screen to switch.
While Twitter allows swiping between the chronological and
home timelines, the social company’s executive Elon Musk wanted a navigation
option integrated within the main timeline as well, so as to make access to
various types of content on the app easier.
A few other features that are expected to roll out in addition
to the navigation option are view counts on tweets, square profile tiles for
verified brand accounts, and a special Twitter Blue feature that ranks
conversations.
