The newly launched Professional Mode on Facebook that has
been accessible to limited creators on the platform is now being rolled out to
all creators, as confirmed by Meta. The feature provides a variety of options
for creators to promote their content and maximize reach.
Some of the tools provided by Professional Mode include the ability
to build a public following, earn money via monetization programs like the Reels
Play bonus program and Stars for audience donations, post scheduling options, as
well as engaging ways to connect with audience. “You can do it all on the
profile you already have on Facebook,” explains Meta.
In addition to that, Meta is also testing another monetization
option for Professional Mode that relies on in-stream ads. This allows creators
to earn money by enabling ads before, during and/or after longer videos on
demand on Facebook. Meta further reveals that it is currently testing the
option on Facebook Reels with selected creators around the world.
Another functionality provided via Professional Mode is a
new, in-app Creator Support Hub that has been designed to enable creators to
get direct access to additional support and education materials that provide
information on common issues like monetization eligibility, bullying,
verification requests and others.
