Gaming is popular worldwide, and no country is more passionate about gaming than the Philippines, as shown in this new infographic from the team at VR.Space. This infographic shows the countries that are the most passionate about gaming, and in the Philippines, 96.7% of people aged 16-24 consider themselves to be gamers. Aside from the Philippines, there are eight countries around the world which have percentages in this regard that are higher than that of 90% – those are Indonesia (95.4%), Vietnam (93.6%), Thailand (93%), Turkey (92.6%), Saudi Arabia (92.3%), Mexico (91.8%), Taiwan (91.6%) and India (91.2%).
This infographic from the team at VR.Space also includes data on how much time gamers spend each day, on average, in certain countries playing video games. Research from VR.Space here showed that Thailand topped this list, where gamers spend an average of 1 hour and 56 minute per day gaming, closely followed by Saudi Arabia (with an average of 1 hour and 44 minutes per day) and Egypt (at 1 hour and 32 minutes per day).
