creation that enables users to add music to their Idea Pins, hence making them
more interesting and engaging.
Pinterest revealed that it has partnered with Warner Music Group Warner Chappell Music, Merlin, and BMG to develop the functionality and give Pinners the opportunity to explore and add trendy music tracks from popular artists to their Idea Pins.
The integration of music to short-form videos like TikTok and
Reels clips has given social platforms successful results in terms of engagement
and innovation. It'll be interesting to see how Pinterest users respond
to and utilize this functionality within Idea Pins.
The new music option on Pinterest is accessible via the music
icon when you open Idea Pins. From there, you can search for a track, add it to
your Idea Pin and publish it.
