Meta has an exciting news for Liverpool fans, as it has rolled out a new outfit collection for the avatars, featuring exclusive Liverpool FC clothing items.
The virtual apparel is available for purchase in the Meta Avatars Store on all of Meta’s platforms - Facebook, Messenger, and Instagram. “The collection includes both a Liverpool FC home and away kit, as well as a pair of LFC label fashion wear looks,” says Meta.
However, contrary to users’ expectations, the apparel is not
available for Meta’s VR avatars, which are still in development, as clarified
by Mark Zuckerberg following criticism from the public about the poor quality of
the avatars.

Other fashion collections that already exist for Meta’s
avatars include outfits from famous brands like Balenciaga, Prada and Thom
Browne. The offerings contribute to Meta’s revenue, as well as promotions for the
brands.
