LinkedIn has released a new engagement tool that allows
users to pin comments within the reply section.
Comments can be pinned from the three dots menu and the pinned
comments will be highlighted in a reply thread by remaining on the top. In case
you want to undo pinning, you can simply unpin a pinned comment from the same
menu.
This option is useful in terms of acknowledging a users’
comment or ensuring that it catches others’ attention for any reason
whatsoever.
LinkedIn offers the pinning functionality in other areas as
well, such as pining updates on the Company Page and featuring top posts at the
top of one’s profile.
LinkedIn’s comment pinning functionality is now available to
all users.
