Looking at this map from the Dental Care Alliance, some kids will make a killing in today's tooth fairy prices with almost 9 dollars a tooth multiplied by 20! That is the average going price for kids living in Delaware. Judging by the map it looks like kids in Iowa, Wyoming, Massachusetts, Nebraska and Idaho are getting paid least per tooth from $2.30 to $2.64 respectively.
