Twitter is testing
a new option for Spaces that allows creating audio clips of up to 30
seconds from your audio broadcasts in the app.
Basically, you will be able to clip the audio files to
create short audio clips which you can then share within Tweets along with the
links to the full audios. This will help users enhance content creation and
also boost sharing from audio broadcasts.
While this is not a major addition, it will likely boost some engagement within Spaces, which is something that Spaces really needs, considering that Twitter has been trying to make its audio feature a big hit.
The new clipping tool for Spaces is currently available to
some users on iOS, while Twitter plans to release it for Android and web as
well.
