TikTok is working on a new streaming app called TikTok Live
Studio for desktop for users to broadcast from their PCs to TikTok live, directly.
The live chat option will appear on the right with further options
for connection and encoding. The app is mainly focused on game streaming and
additionally offers streaming capability to brands so they can broadcast more
professional content using the new control and editing tools. The tools and
options include Fullscreen, Game Capture, Program Capture, Mobile Capture,
Video Capture, Camera, Image, and Text.
The live streaming integration is a valuable addition to
make the video content planning experience better for users. TikTok also
previously launched livestreaming shopping, which has become a major focus for
the company to promote eCommerce.
The TikTok Live Studio app is available to a limited number
of users in the West only for now.
