Several companies went public at the beginning of 2021 which ultimately benefited the global markets. These companies include several from healthcare services to initial public offerings (IPOs). Many out of these companies had planned to go public way earlier in 2020 but the COvid-19 pandemic restrictions interrupted the plans.
In the infographic, it is revealed that around 47 companies have already gone public in the first half of 2021 whereas, many are still scheduled for it. The majority of the companies that wanted to go public followed one common strategy i.e., initial public offerings (IPOs). However, companies that plan to go public now opt for one out of the following three options:
- Initial Public Offerings (IPOs)
- Special Purpose Acquisition Company (SPAC)
- Direct Listing
