All the members of this blood group can easily accept blood from a healthy person of any other blood group. Whereas, the same blood group can only donate to its fellow members i.e., people with AB+ blood type.
On the other hand, the universal donor is the O- group since people from this group can donate to any other blood type. However, the O- people are unlucky when it comes to being a recipient since they can only accept blood from the same group i.e., O-.
