WhatsApp has reportedly been working on multiple device
support lately and is also currently running a beta test of it for WhatsApp
web. This most likely means that the feature could be out any time soon for
both iOS and Android users.
The multiple device support would let users use their account through four desktop devices if they participate in the beta program, which will be available for both regular users of the app, as well as business account holders.
Once this update is officially out, it is likely to be an
important one for those users who greatly depend on WhatsApp web. It will also
resolve the issue of having to use WhatsApp Web while being constantly connected
to the internet on one’s smartphone.
