Podcast app Breaker announced that it is going to be
acquired by Twitter and will no longer function as an app and website starting
next week.
In a blog post by Breaker, it said that people can transfer their subscriptions to other podcast listening apps like those offered by Apple and Spotify.
About its plans to join Twitter, CEO of Breaker Erik Berli added that Breaker
is inspired by the ways Twitter is facilitating public conversations around the
world.
No financial details regarding the deal have been disclosed.
