Facebook has revealed a new future update to Page owners, which is going to remove the 'Our Story' section from Page presentation options. Page owners are now recommended to shift their 'Story' description to the 'Additional Information' section instead.

The Page Story section was introduced by Facebook in 2017 as a way of helping brands provide more background on their business to better connect with Page visitors. The current design of the section appears within the About section of Pages, making everything appear a bit cluttered.

According to Facebook, the Our Story section will now be shifted to a secondary element. Moreover, Page owners will have to re-assess their Page layout to align with the upcoming update. While Page owners can directly update their info from the alert prompt sent by Facebook, another option is to go to 'Settings' and tap on 'Page Info' to edit the 'Additional Information' field.
