One of the deadliest pandemics in the history of the world has eaten the lives of 1.95 million people around the globe. The number of COVID-19 cases has hit 91 million and is still growing. In the previous year, the world has lost several big names as well, but if we talk about the healthcare workers, they are the frontline soldiers who fight day and night to save their people’s life.
Have you ever wondered how many of these frontline soldiers have lost their lives to COVID-19? These are 928 deaths more as reported by the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention on 17th December 2020.
