The US presidential elections are underway as you may know. The
battle is fierce and fast and both key candidates, Joe Biden and Donald Trump
are going up against each other. On paper, Joe Biden is winning, but we cannot
say for sure as of yet because the battle is not won on paper.
Talking about elections, there are a few major states,
called swing states, that holds the key to the victory. These swing states will
play a key role in the outcome of the presidential elections. Whoever takes the
most electoral votes in these states will be declare as the POTUS (President of
The United States). Two of the major states are Texas and Florida as these two
are responsible for bringing in a large number of votes.
Biden has extended his lead in Wisconsin, which is one of
the swing states, and it shows that Biden is doing really well in the
elections. Texas, one of the key swing states, is seeing Trump in the lead, but
Biden is furiously catching up on him. Biden is also ahead in many other swing
states and has recently broken the record of Barack Obama in racking up the
most electoral votes. However, all the success with Biden is slowing down and
his leads are decreasing in the lead-up to the election day, most notably in
Florida.
