Disney calculated the Covid-109 effect on its operating profit for the year 2020 at $7.4 billion, whereas the experiences, parks, and products at $6.9 billion. However, Disney+ has gained some popularity as people stayed in their homes due to the lockdown and had nothing to do. Disney+ has hit 73 million paid subscribers in less than 12 months since the launch.
