Something seems to have gone wrong with Facebook’s ad processing systems, as a major number of marketers on Facebook started experiencing issues with their accounts, like ad rejection. Only moments later, Twitter was flooding with Tweets complaining about the common problem.
One report showed that search queries for ‘'Facebook ad account disabled’' on Google increased by 1050% within a few hours after the occurrence of the issue.
Facebook acknowledged the complaints and stated that it had resolved the issue, but didn’t explain the reason behind the problem.
There was a technical issue that caused some FB ads & ad accounts to be mistakenly disabled. We identified and resolved the issue within a couple of hours, and access should now be restored

The issue has been fixed, so in case as an advertiser you are still facing a similar problem, it is likely to be unrelated to the recent technical issue.
