Did you know that 70% of people on this earth suffer from Imposter Syndrome at least once in their lives?
The different types of Imposter Syndrome
The following infographic takes you through five different kinds of imposter syndrome, each representing a different state of mind of the sufferer. It is not common knowledge among many people that these types of Imposter Syndrome do exist and have the capability to reprogram a human’s brain in such a way that projects a different and completely distinct reality onto their lives. Whether a person feels the need to save the day every single time or accomplish every single task with perfection or be too self-sufficient to carry out any work or expect too much of themselves or doubt your overwhelming approach to get the work, the brain still gets affected and needs space to sort it all out.
Accept, learn and move on
The ramifications of suffering from Imposter Syndrome include many things that a person must never come across in his life ever. Once a person finds himself questioning his own worth before his companions and starts to doubt your happiness, there is hardly any way back unless the person gives in and accepts the reality of Imposter Syndrome. A person can only move forward if he learns to accept and build a better solution for himself.
