On Friday morning, American President Donald Trump posted a tweet in which he announced that he and the First Lady, Melania Trump, have been tested Covid-19 positive. Their diagnoses were done and confirmed by the physician from White House, Sean Conley.
Tonight, @FLOTUS and I tested positive for COVID-19. We will begin our quarantine and recovery process immediately. We will get through this TOGETHER!

Both, Trump and his wife will be isolated in the White House until they recover completely. However, if Trump loses his strength during treatment, Vice President Mike Pence would serve President duties. Though, their physician Conley has said that Trump is expected to stay in a stable condition and serve his responsibilities.
Trump is at higher risk of a severe infection due to his age, which is over 70, and he is also obese. Conley did not share the details regarding how long Trump had been affected and what symptoms did he experience. Earlier this week, a White House counselor and Trump’s close confidante were tested positive for the virus, which is when Trump was tested too.
There could not possibly even the worst time for Mr. President to fall sick as the US Presidential elections are around the corner. The isolation time is likely to affect Trump’s reelection campaign and efforts.
The world’s leaders and high officials have reacted to the news and sent love and prayers to President Trump and the First Lady of the USA.
