Twitter is introducing the option of sharing Topic listings in Tweets and DMs, and even off Twitter, in an attempt to boost Tweet discovery and connecting people to key subjects of interest.
In November of last year, Twitter had released the option of following specific topics to help users, especially new ones, discover content of their interest. The company later also added the feature of List Search for the same purpose.
Now with the option of sharing Topic listings, users can find key topics of their interest even if they don’t know who to follow. This would maximize tweet engagement and help find more specific profiles of user relevance or interest.
Your interests, fandoms, and hobbies are the coolest. And now you can share them by sharing Topics.

Twitter’s focus has mainly been on ‘'discovery’' as a means of making its platform more understandable for the user community, especially after the company received feedback from users suggesting that they faced difficulty navigating the platform. Twitter has ever since been working on introducing new tools and functionalities to simplify the process.
