5G internet is the next big thing for the internet. The comparison
between 4G and 5G is striking and never has any other generation seen such
spikes in internet speed and performance difference. 5G is noticeably faster
than 4G but the market for 5G is still very immature. This technology is only active
in four countries.
In comparing the download speeds of 4G and 5G networks, we have
seen a huge difference. According to data analysis, Saudi Arabia had the highest
download speed than any other country with 414.2 Mbps, which is 14 times higher
than the download speed it is getting on 4G. South Korea has some of the fastest
broadbands and mobile network and even with 4G it holds up exceptionally well. Even
so, the 5G networks amplify the download speeds to 312.7 Mbps, which is five times
faster than its 4G network.
The download speeds in the United States may not be very
good even with 5G but it makes up for availability of 5G networks in the
country. This is due to the fact that low bandwidth spectrum is ideally suited
to enable great 5G reach and allow users to spend more time connected to the
network.
