Although the economy has gone down globally due to COVID-19, the Chinese economy had been suffering previously due to other reasons as well. At the beginning of 2019, the trade war between the United States and China had weakened the economic position of 2019.
But by July 2020, there was some good news for China as its exports sprang back into action, growing by a percentage of 7.2. These exports have grown due to the medical supplies China has provided to multiple countries across the globe, in order to fight the global pandemic. This has given China the chance to flourish as there has been an economic clash and battle between China and the USA, as both are two of the highest economies in the world.
