The rankings that are on this infographic are based on several factors, including the number of cases and deaths per one million people, their reaction time to close down schools, and more. The top state is Michigan, and it's also the only state in America to receive an "A" grade. Sitting in the very last spot is Alabama, which received an "F" grade.
