It is no news that Tesla has always been one of the top-rated Automakers for years. But the one factor that has kept all the other automakers on edge is the sudden bump in its value during the pandemic. COVID-19 has been the cause of millions of deaths, unemployment, inflation, and the list goes on. Tesla, however, has had a rather opposite effect on the industry. Its value increased by 375% since last year and has not stopped since. Many giants of the industry are still wondering about the strategy, which led Tesla to surpass all the other automakers.

One of the major reasons why Tesla's value soared in the industry is, in fact, due to a statement made by its official CEO, Elon Musk. He suggested that the next project, Tesla must be fully devoted to should be the launching of electric semi-trucks. This idea, however, has already been put under considerable focus by Nikola, a competitive automaker, which has brought huge attention to this mega-market project. This mega project has now become a grave challenge for Nikola, Tesla, and other mega automakers currently serving in the industry. The time will tell which one of these automakers have been successful in carrying out such a billion-dollar task!
