It doesn't matter which industry the organization belongs to or how big it is in terms of the revenue it generates, hiring new employees when the bar is going down, is no good for any kind of company. Along with these organizations, schools and colleges have also suffered. Every year, college students would be looking forward to starting their summer internship. They would anticipate and get excited about taking a step into the corporate world. But 2020 is entirely different.

While some organizations have canceled their internship programs entirely. Also, some employers are trying to come up with a virtual model for their internship programs, in the same manner as 'work from home' jobs are happening across many industries, wherever possible.
