COVID-19 is affecting all businesses, but small business owners are particularly at risk. The US government created the Small Business Association (SBA) PPP (Payment Protection Program) to help them, but a lack of clear information has created significant confusion. We surveyed small business owners and found that they do not know if they qualify to apply, and therefore 71% of them have done nothing.
