New tech means new needs for communication - 74% of people would prefer sending messages over an in person discussion. This new tech allows for more collaboration as 91% of people would want to have stronger team relationships with their colleagues. Technology also allows employees to contribute to the discussion. This greatly increases productivity by letting the employees have a voice in their work.
