Some students are lucky enough to have taken most of the steps required to enroll in college before graduating from high school. Many students haven't even started the college enrollment process by the time they walk the door. Unfortunately a curious phenomenon hits even the most college-intended students during the summer months. Summer Melt occurs when students who have full plans to enroll in college don't even do it on the campus.
