Air compressors are devices which help to compress air and to run various power tools. They are famous for making a loud noise, whether you are using an electric one or just one that needs oil to run. Air tools are of course useful for various projects around the home, but the noise is nearly unbearable. We create sounds between the 70 and 90 decibel levels.
You may already know that the human ear can accommodate only around 80 decibels of intensity of sound. Anything above that may cause damage, particularly if one has long been exposed to the sound. No wonder why people around think about how to quieter compress in the workplace!
