The infographic specifically ranks the top 25 cities with the highest senior populations, and the #1 spot goes to The Villages in Florida, where the median age is 66.4. Not only that, but there are over 63,000 people over age 65 there! The top five on the list is rounded out by Punta Gorda, Homosassa Springs, Sebring, and Sebastian-Vero Beach, all of which are also in Florida.
From the 25 cities on this list, 12 are in Florida with a combined 1,305,540 people over age 65. This infographic also includes the top cities with the highest median age, and the top 10 cities with the most people over age 65.
