Getting around San Francisco is not an issue. San Francisco is well served by a good public transport system-the bus and light rail MUNI system is doing a pretty decent job of taking passengers to all popular destinations around.
You can easily catch a Uber or a Lyft for areas that are not served by public transport. Tourists can choose the hop-on hop-off buses that will carry you to the Golden Gate Bridge, Civic Center, Fine Arts Palace, Chinatown, Union Square, etc.
