Time is money, so you need to be as productive as possible, unlike some. Globalisation changes the world. The pace we are living in is improving by seconds; to increase your productivity, you have to plan your day before it starts. Planning can save your time, and help you stay on track rather than wasting your time on tasks that aren’t important. The first most thing you need to do is do the jobs that are on priority, make a to-do list. Tasks that are important and urgent should be a priority.

How to save time at work:

  •  Start your day 1 hour earlier:

We spend 60% of our time on emails at the meetings; on average, we switch tasks every 3 minutes. Each day we have only three productive hours, and it takes up to 25 minutes to regain focus. The tip to fix this is starting your day 1 hour earlier. 73% of the people consider morning hours to be the best our for creativity, that is you can complete 25% more tasks by going 1 hour earlier to the office. Whereas 63% says that they feel more productive in the morning, start your day by making a to-do list and writing three top priorities. Choose the most challenging task to be at first.

  • Attend only important meetings
