Conversation has become online marketing's new "king." Customers don't want to use polished advertising claims passively anymore. They want to participate, they want to experience what it's about your brand. I also want to feel an emotional connection that will reinforce their choice's "correctness." In other words, the global cycle of practice has changed the marketing landscape and taken us to the conversational interface foothills.
It's not entirely new to think about and curiosity in conversational UI design. Nonetheless, this subject has been opened up to a much wider audience with the growing ease with which we can construct conversational experiences.
While we've become online content masters, subduing SEO skills, readability, and user-friendly formatting, generating conversations has left many business and professional writers at a loss. Conversations do not seem to have guidelines for one thing. We are volatile, more intimate, and when trying to create an impression of authority and knowledge, the use of colloquial language also goes against instincts.
