The U.S. economy is doing very well. No doubt about it! In
fact, the National Bureau of Economic Research says that the economy is growing
for the past 126 months with recession a history of the past decade.
But despite the financial strength of America, half of the U.S.
workers said in a recent survey by Bankrate
that they haven’t received an increment in the last 12 months. On the contrary,
only 28 percent of participants said that they did receive a raise in their
wages while 12 % acknowledged that they were able to get a better paying job
during the past year.
