There are certain things that define a generation. The music they listen to, the shows they watch, the technology they use, the values they hold and their approach to health, all make up their generational zeitgeist. The current over 60s generation are the baby boomers. Following World War II, this generation was born between the 1940s and mid-1960s and have watched the modern era of technology develop as adults.
Baby boomers are a generation known for being raised during difficult circumstances post-war and then ultimately benefitting from a time of increased affluence, higher levels of income than their parents and a more consumer-focused culture.
