What Type of Boss Are You?
Let’s face it, regardless of the industry you work in we’ve all experienced our fair share of good and bad bosses. These can range massively, from the laid back boss who lets you leave early on a Friday, to the disciplinarian who pulls you up for even thinking about looking at your phone.

By the time our retirement approaches, there’s a good chance we will have worked with every conceivable type of boss. This list of the best and worst bosses from TV posted on Parade perfectly sums up the variety of bosses out there. Eventually, many of us will make the transition up the metaphorical (and sometimes literal) stairs to the role of boss.

If you’re a boss, you can now find out by reading through a new flow chart from Silverdoor.com. Titled ‘Which Type of Boss Are You?’, a number of different routes and questions based on your leadership approach will lead you to your answer.
