Craft beer, which originated in the US, has undergone somewhat of a revolution in recent years. Defined as a beer made in a traditional or non-mechanized way by a small brewery, not only has its popularity soared in the US, but it has begun to influence brewers in every corner of the globe.
Forbes reported that in 2015, the craft beer industry grew by 13%! If that wasn’t enough, it was the eighth consecutive year the industry had grown in double figures. Pretty Impressive by all accounts.
