There are many famous theme parks around the world, each offering different rides and attractions. However, there are some that you may not be quite so familiar with. For example, did you know that there is a theme park in Florida called The Holy Land Experience, where you can watch re-enactments from the Bible such as The Last Supper? Or that you can travel to Lithuania to become a USSR citizen for the day, where you’ll be interrogated and made to learn the Soviet national anthem?
Our latest infographic explains all about these alternative theme parks, how long they have been established, and where you can find them around the world. We’ve also included a couple that haven’t opened yet, but are in the process of being built, such as Napoleon land which will feature a ski-run through a battlefield, and Dubai land which will be twice the size of Walt Disney World Resort. Are there any that particularly surprise you? Take a look at the infographic below to find out more.
