Have you ever wondered what's involved in organizing a string quartet for a wedding ceremony? Well we have compiled a 6 step guide to help you plan and organize a string quartet for your wedding ceremony.
The general rule of thumb is that a quartet will cost £550 | €600 | $700 depending on your location. Most quartets will be able to play any style or genre of music. You will have to do some research yourself on what music you would like played for your ceremony. Depending on the actual type of service you will need to choose between 5 – 10 pieces of music for your ceremony. Some arrangements need to be made prior to the ceremony itself on where the quartet will sit etc. Finally, some couples organise for a singer or an organist to accompany a quartet. This is not totally necessary but it adds some nice contrast to the ceremony.
