We’re clearly a world full of animal fans, but have you ever wondered which countries are the biggest pet lovers? With over 200 million pets, the USA is the pet population leader by a very long way, only followed by Brazil at 106 million. Yet, despite being renowned as a nation of dog lovers, the most common pet in the USA is actually the cat.
