Ever since the first Star Wars movie appeared back in 1977, people from all over the world have been clamoring for the technology present in that movie to be brought to life. While we're still miles away from building space ships capable of intergalactic travel, there is at least one part of the puzzle that seems to grow ever more accessible with each passing year.
