So many of today’s greatest empires have been built on unique ideas and a dedication to driving innovation. Competitive advantage and giant leaps in organisational change are achieved when creative thinking is embraced. People feel empowered when their ideas are acknowledged and their contributions are values and that, in turn, drives engagement levels up.
But in so many cases it just isn’t happening!
