The navy blue suit has become such the standby that many men have opted out of looking into any other kind of suit, with perhaps the notable exception of being forced to buy or rent a tuxedo for a wedding. While the navy suit is a timeless and elegant choice for a variety of events, there are other great suits out there in a wide range of colors and materials to choose from.
We encourage you to wear the navy blue suit for just about anything, but don’t limit yourself — get out there and at least try a linen suit or a khaki suit for spring and summer events. And if you’re just tired of throwing on the same navy suit every single time you need to be dressed up and khaki and linen don’t appeal to you, try a suit in gray to mix things up. You won’t be disappointed, and you’ll also find that a lot of the add-ons that work for your navy suit will also work well with a gray suit.
