Both designers and retailers alike want to predict, what the next design trends gonna be. Right logo is a crucial part of any branding campaign. If the font is too simple, it might be hard for the customer to recall its appearance, so it might fade away from memory easily. If the font is too complicated, too hard to read and remember, then it won't be easily imprinted in our memory. So its a thin line to choose, and we, designers, need to find the right balance, to make the logo attractive enough, so it would appeal to customers, different from the rest, to make a lasting impression, and simple enough, to make a timeless statement.
