Mow your Lawn or Pay a Guy? #infographic

So is it worth paying a lawn guy or should you mow the lawn yourself that's what I wondered one day and I sat down I did the math. I figured my time is worth around $15 an hour and I added up the cost of gas find equipment I needed and also maintenance of that equipment. What I wanted to know was how many years would it take me to recover the cost of the equipment that I had to now my yard. When I crunch the numbers I was amazed that it would take me seven years to recover the cost of the equipment that I needed to buy if I factor that my time is worth $15 per hour which it really is.
