I believe that it really is the small things like these that make a difference to our health, by making informed decisions. Like choosing water over orange juice and diet drinks and by not snacking on energy bars. Little changes that make a massive difference. Before I go I just wanted to highlight the fact that allot if not most of these food and drinks are promoted as being healthy and in general good for you but are actually the complete opposite. It goes to show that we should always read the label.
